At Golden Love Jewellery, each piece is carefully crafted and quality‑checked. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Golden Love Jewellery offers exchange only on eligible products.
We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.


Exchange Eligibility

An exchange request will be accepted only if all the following conditions are met.

The request is initiated within 5 days of receiving the product.

The item is unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.

Only breakable jewellery items are eligible for exchange.

The product must be in the same condition as received.


Mandatory Unboxing Video (Required)

For any claim related to damage, defect, or wrong item, a clear 360‑degree unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must clearly show the sealed package before opening.

The entire unboxing process must be recorded in one continuous shot.

The damage or issue must be clearly visible in the video.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be accepted.


How to Request an Exchange

Please include your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and the unboxing video if applicable.

If your request is approved, we will share the next steps for return or replacement.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Non‑Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for sale or discounted items.

Gift cards are non‑exchangeable.

Customized or personalized products cannot be exchanged.

Beauty or personal care items are non‑exchangeable.

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants are not accepted.

Hazardous or flammable items cannot be returned or exchanged.


No Refund Policy

Golden Love Jewellery does not provide refunds.

All approved cases are processed only as product exchanges.

No refunds will be issued to the original payment method, wallet, or bank account.


European Union Customers

If an order is shipped to the European Union, customers may request cancellation within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging intact.
